I started this journey in 2018 with just one client and a big passion for fitness, and since then I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 6,000 clients across different countries, age groups and health conditions.
Before stepping into nutrition full time, I was an HR professional in a software company on the back of my MBA certification. Fitness, though, was always close to my heart — so I decided to stop treating it like a hobby and do it properly with the right certifications. I’m a Precision Nutrition L1 Certified Coach, USA, and a Certified Diet Counselor from WG Institute, India.
As my work grew, I went all in full time, because real support takes real time. I work with clients from all walks of life, and I love that every journey is different — some are straightforward, some are a little dramatic, but all are important.
I keep updating diet plans regularly because health and nutrition keep evolving, and so should the advice. This is a small enterprise run by my husband and me, with no assistants, so everything stays personal, hands-on and quality-focused.
I’m available for daily support, even on Sundays, because health doesn’t exactly wait for Monday. And I ask for daily check-ins with specific details — not to be nosy, but because it helps me understand your metabolism better and guide you more effectively.
This diploma in nutrition helps us learn diet planning for weight loss, weight gain, and all age groups.
Not at all! Your plan will be based on regular food that you already enjoy eating at home — such as rice, chapati, quinoa, fruits, nuts, and suitable protein options. The difference is in the portion sizes, not in making your kitchen feel like a laboratory.
Absolutely. Your plan will be customised according to your food preferences, medical conditions, lifestyle, and the foods available where you live. One diet definitely does not fit all — even if it looks good on Instagram!
The plan includes five quick meals. However, if your schedule is hectic, you can combine meals according to your convenience. Your diet should fit into your life, not make you rearrange your entire life around it.
No. The timings are flexible and can be adjusted to suit your routine. The real focus is on following the recommended portion sizes — that’s where the magic happens.
No. Your diet plan is updated weekly to keep things interesting and support your progress. This also helps keep your metabolism “humming” and prevents your meals from becoming boring or predictable.
Not at all. The meals are quick and practical, and you can prepare them in your usual home-cooking style with your preferred spices. No chef’s hat or five-page recipe book required!
No. Extra supplements are not mandatory as part of the programme. The focus is on getting your nutrition from regular, wholesome food.
No, exercise is not compulsory. Most people make good progress without exercising. However, I do encourage movement whenever possible, as it can support metabolism, improve mood, and make you feel better overall. Even a little movement is better than waiting for the perfect workout plan to appear!
